To help keep the ‘sickness’ at bay, this page will track all of the books I currently own at my apartment. The list will include both printed and e-books, indicated as such (*). They will be marked off upon completion with a strike-out. Bold items are currently being read.

  1. You are a braver person than I am in recording and tallying all the books you own and the ratio of read/not read. I recently went through all my books at home and reorganized them, but I don’t think I’d be able to admit how many of them I haven’t read! Definitely BookSick by your definition 🙂

PS glad I happened upon your blog! Haven’t caught up with you in a while!

  2. I actually am right there with you…..although my “sickness” is lending itself over the past fifteen years more towards cookbooks ~ presently Vegan cookbooks. Do you think I actually READ them? No, I do not. I consistently VOW to do so TOMORROW or NEXT WEEK. I do, however, experiment with the recipes! (Guess that’s an achievement) As for my collection of other books, I have books on the shelf/veeeeesssss that I can’t remember if I read them and even IF they sound familiar, I can’t remember what they were about…. :\ Re-read them you say? Yeah, well, my problem with that is IF I DID read them before, I have many others I WANT to read…………ah, the dilemma! :))))) Guess you come by your “sickness” naturally Garrett.
